What materials are the cushion covers and fillings made from?

Our cushion covers are crafted from a variety of beautiful materials to suit different styles. You'll find covers in 100% cotton, cotton velvet, cotton-linen blends, viscose-linen mixes, and wool-blend fabrics. As for fillings, we use either plump feather pads for a luxurious sink-in feel or soft fibre pads for gentle support.

What sizes are available across the cushion range?

Our cushion range comes in a variety of sizes to suit different spaces. You'll find square cushions in 40x40cm, 43x43cm, 45x45cm and 50x50cm, as well as rectangular cushions in 30x50cm. We also offer larger pouffe cushions at 45x45x45cm and 60x60x40cm for those looking to put their feet up.

Are the cushions suitable for outdoor use, or are they designed for indoor use only?

Our cushions are designed for indoor use only. The materials used – including cotton, linen, velvet and feather or fibre fillings – are not suitable for outdoor conditions and exposure to weather.

How do I care for and clean the cushions?

Care instructions vary depending on the cushion fabric. Most of our cotton velvet and embroidered cushions require dry cleaning only to maintain their quality. For cotton linen cushions, we recommend dry cleaning. Our hand-woven cushions with pom poms need gentle hand washing. Always check the care label on your specific cushion, as different materials need different care to keep them looking their best.

Do the cushions come with removable, washable covers?

Our cushions vary in their care requirements. Some have removable covers that can be hand washed or dry cleaned, whilst others are dry clean only. For example, the Botanical Meadow cushion has a zip on the back to remove the cover. However, most of our cushions aren't designed with fully removable, machine-washable covers. We recommend checking the care instructions for your specific cushion – details are provided with each product.

Are the cushions designed to coordinate with specific furniture collections?

Our cushions are designed as versatile pieces to complement any interior style rather than being tied to specific furniture collections. We offer a no-quibble returns policy on all cushions. If they don't suit your space, you can return or exchange them. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you. While the product descriptions don't specify sustainability certifications, several cushions in our collection feature natural materials including cotton, linen, and wool. Our Compton Stripe cushions are made in the UK, and we're committed to transparency about our pledge towards a greener future as part of our brand values.

How are the cushions packaged and delivered?

Cushions are delivered using our specialist delivery services. For most cushions, Standard Delivery costs £5.95 and arrives within 7 working days (Monday–Friday, 7am–9pm), delivered to your ground floor front entrance. You can upgrade to Named Day Delivery for £9.95 to choose your delivery date and receive your cushion as soon as the next working day. You'll receive a specific timeslot on the morning of delivery.
