To keep your chests looking their best, wipe them regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For painted surfaces, use a slightly damp cloth if needed, then dry immediately. The oak tops benefit from the natural white wax oil finish, which protects the wood whilst maintaining its character. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For drawer runners, if they feel stiff, you can apply a small amount of candle wax to help them glide more smoothly. What warranty is provided, and what does it cover if a drawer or fitting becomes damaged through normal use?

All our furniture comes with The Cotswold Company 15-year Structural Guarantee, which covers structural elements including frames, joints, hinges, handles, and drawer fittings. If a drawer or fitting becomes damaged through normal use within this period, we'll arrange for a qualified technician to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
