Transform your space with our mirror collection

A well-chosen mirror can completely transform how a room feels. Whether you're checking your outfit before heading out, creating the illusion of more space, or simply bouncing natural light around to brighten a corner, our collection of mirrors helps you make the most of every room in your home.

Styles to suit every interior

From French-inspired designs with elegant beading to sleek Scandinavian-inspired pieces, our range offers something for every taste. The Warm White Large Mirror brings a soft, country feel with its solid wood frame, while our Foxcote round mirror offers contemporary minimalism with its powder-coated black metal frame. For those drawn to natural materials, the Berkeley Nordic Oak Round Mirror showcases the timber's subtle grain traces for understated elegance.

Shapes, sizes and versatile designs

Our mirrors come in a variety of shapes – round, rectangular, oval, arched and window pane styles – each bringing its own character to your walls. Sizes range from compact dressing table mirrors to generous floor-standing pieces. Many of our wall mirrors can be hung both horizontally and vertically, giving you the flexibility to create the look that works best for your space. We offer slim arch mirrors perfect for narrow hallways, oversized statement pieces for above mantlepieces, and chunky-framed designs that add visual weight.

Practical features and functionality

Beyond their decorative appeal, our mirrors are designed with practicality in mind. Vanity mirrors include handy drawers for storing small items, while freestanding designs can be propped against walls or mounted securely. The Edna Large Mirror features beautiful antique-style panelling and versatile hanging options. All our mirrors are delivered fully assembled or require minimal assembly, and most come with hooks already fitted to the back.

Quality craftsmanship you can trust

Each mirror in our collection reflects our commitment to quality. Our wooden frames are crafted using traditional methods – some hand-finished with plaster coating and hand-pressed clay beading to create an authentic vintage feel. Solid oak pieces are carefully wire-brushed to bring out the natural grain before being finished with protective wax or oil. Metal frames are powder-coated for lasting durability. Shaped entirely by nature, no two oak mirrors are ever the same, giving each piece its own character and charm.

What materials are used to make the frames on these mirrors?

The frames on these mirrors are made from a variety of materials. Our Warm White mirrors feature solid wood frames with a timber base, plaster coating and hand-pressed clay beading detail. The Foxcote collection showcases powder-coated metal frames in either black or brushed bronze finishes. For those who love natural wood, the Berkeley Nordic Oak and Elkstone mirrors are crafted from oak, while the Edna mirrors feature pewter-panelled frames.

Are the mirrors supplied fully assembled or will they require any assembly?

All our mirrors are delivered fully assembled and ready to hang or display – no assembly required.

Can the mirrors be hung both horizontally and vertically?

Not all of our mirrors can be hung both horizontally and vertically. The Oaksey large mirror and Edna mirrors (both large and small) feature two sets of hooks on the back, allowing you to hang them either way to suit your space. However, many of our other mirrors, including the Warm White large mirror, Warm White overmantel mirror, and Warm White round mirror, have one set of hooks and can only be hung vertically. We recommend checking the product specifications for hanging orientation details before purchasing.

What fixings and wall fittings are included with the mirrors?

Wall fixings are not included with the mirrors.

Are the mirrors suitable for use in bathrooms or humid environments?

Our mirrors aren't specifically designed for bathroom use. The wooden frames can be affected by moisture and humidity, which could cause warping or damage to the finish over time. For the best results, we'd recommend placing them in areas with good ventilation and away from direct steam or splashes.

How should I clean and maintain the mirror glass and frame?

To keep your mirror looking its best, gently wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and glass cleaner. For the frame, dust regularly with a dry cloth. If your mirror has a painted wooden frame, avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture which could damage the finish. For oak frames, a light dusting is usually sufficient. Metal frames can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Always avoid spraying cleaning products directly onto the mirror to prevent liquid seeping behind the glass or damaging the frame.

Are the painted finishes on these mirrors consistent with other Cotswold Company painted furniture ranges?

These mirrors feature different finishes and are not part of our painted furniture ranges. The Warm White mirrors have a soft white painted wood finish with a plaster coating and hand-pressed clay beading, hand-produced using traditional methods. They're designed as standalone pieces rather than coordinating with our painted furniture collections.

Do the mirrors come with a warranty, and what does it cover?

This guarantee covers any faults to structural elements including frames, joints, hinges and handles for 15 years from the date of purchase. Please note that the guarantee doesn't cover issues from normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, improper care or accidental damage. You don't need to register – your mirror is automatically covered. For full details, visit our 15-year guarantee page.

Are finish samples available to help match these mirrors to existing furniture before purchasing?

We don't currently offer finish samples for our mirrors. However, if you'd like to see how the wood and finish will look in your home, you can request a free wood sample for our painted furniture ranges. This will help you match the mirror to your existing pieces. Alternatively, our Customer Care Team would be happy to arrange a virtual showroom tour so you can see the mirrors in detail before purchasing.
