Unfortunately all the edges around the cushions were bunched up. I sent photos immediately after delivery but never got a reply. After two weeks I requested a return. I was charged £200 per item for this - so £400 in total. Other companies only charge £40 for all items. Needless to say I'm not at all happy with with my experience with the Cotswold company.

I can see you had spoken to one of our advisors and our Upholstrey Team had advised that the cushions need to be given a really good plumping and they should go into the correct position. During transit, the cushion fibres in the interiors can become really compressed and make the cushions appear squashed/smaller. However, I can see that you preferred a collection on Hurley - Armchair - Berry - Simple Velvet and a refund was issued. Where is it?. It has not arrived yet. I was promised by one of your customer service team they would find out for me and come back to me on the same day. That was over a week ago. Not very happy with your service.
