Very pleased with chest! In your Delivery details it states that if an item is AROUND 50kg it would qualify for Room of Choice Service by default. According to your specifications the chest is 49kg. The difference being the weight of a bag of sugar. When I told the girl, who took my order this, she said there was nothing she could do about that. So very unhappily I paid 14.99 for the service. In conversation with your 2 man delivery team, they said being an elderly lady, they would have taken the chest to my room of choice anyway. They said they were frequently asked by customers to do this, and they always obliged. This has taken the edge off my purchase. So now I am doubly unhappy and not enjoying my purchase, as I should be!
