I am pleased with the bookcase. A problem for me was that I was expected to unpack this heavy bookcase and stand it up against the wall myself. I am 85 years old! Fortunately the delivery men took pity on me and unpacked and put the bookcase in place; I was more than happy to dispose of the wrapping material by taking it to the local recyling centre myself; the disposal issue seemed to be part of the problem? I did send an email soon after the delivery took place with my concerns, but I have not receive a reply.

Item was a disappointment as there is no "top". It is 180mm high but just an uneven void at the top with the coving running around. Item being returned.
