I am very pleased with the product. It was just as described. The difficulty came with delivery. I was, as I thought, reliably informed when arranging delivery that I would be informed the previous evening of a four hour slot between 7.00am and 6.pm.
The only communication I had the previous evening did not give me a 4 hour slot, it gave me the whole day. I eventually found out the firm delivering but could not be given any idea of time of delivery. This meant I had to be around all day. It will make me think twice before ordering from you again.

Item arrived damaged. Disappointed as waited in all day for the delivery. Definitely not easy to organise an exchange, 10 days later and still waiting for the exchange. Not the best customer service and not something I'd expect from a reputable company such as this.

Delighted with it for a spare bedroom - just which there was a chest of drawers small enough to match it in the same room!
Note - the shelves are not adjustable though it says they are on the website I saw.
