I absolutely love this item apart from two blemishes which I would like to touch in but apparently you don’t have the paint for me to do this. I was given some money back . I was under the impression that it would be unpacked on delivery and all packing taken away which it wasn’t. I queried this with customer service on several occasions but no one has had the decency to reply and answer my question so I gave up which is what they clearly wanted me to do. I honestly thought your company was very good when it came to customer service but how wrong could I be.

This is not a review of the product itself but the service we got from Cotswold and their delivery partners (BJS).
We got no update on timing on the day till we called 30 mins before the delivery slot was ending. After that, the driver called and started complaining about a single flight of stairs required to access the flat. Once they reached, the delivery team was rude and uncooperative. They claimed the staircase and corridor were too narrow to carry the product in though they didn't measure either the corridor or the stairs. Terrible experience after weeks of waiting for the delivery. Will never buy from CotsWoldCo again.
