Butchers Block with Wine Rack

This charming butchers block packs a lot of practical storage into a small footprint, not least of which is the 12-bottle wine rack. The handy drawer with polished metal cup handles will keep knives and other utensils handy, plus there’s shelf space under the wine rack and rails at either side for tea towels and oven gloves. And last but not least, set into the lacquered oak and premium oak veneer top is a heat resistant black granite worktop, ideal for rolling out pastry or kneading dough. The contrast of the oak rails and rack with the classic stone paint of the frame (suggested colour match is Farrow & Ball No.211 Stony Ground) gives it a strikingly handsome appearance that will work in any kitchen setting. Granite is a natural material which needs to be maintained with great care. To avoid permanent damage, spills should be wiped up immediately and sharp objects should never be used on its surface.
