This looked such good quality online, however I was disappointed to see in reality, it was not as plush and very synthetic-looking, and nothing special. The way it was folded and packaged had marked the fur too.
Not the quality I would expect from the Cotswold Company, and definitely not worth the hefty price tag, given that this quality is available in high street stores for less.
Good customer care though, when I requested a return. I await my refund.
