We ordered online and were pleased with the mirror. Well packaged and we collected from store. Very tricky to hang though. There are no fixings or fixing template supplied and its only because my husband is very good with DIY that we were able to hang the mirror in the exact place we wanted. Also the care instructions for the mirror are stuck to the back of it !! Overall pleased with the product but for the price, there should be fixings and a template to make hanging easier.
