Unfortunately arrived damaged in two places. Am still awaiting response from the company have now been waiting a week. Customer service fail as far as I am concerned. Saying that had it arrived undamaged I would be very happy with the quality. Miffed I had to pay a delivery charge which pushed the price up reducing the value for money factor. Come on Cotswold improve your customer response time please.

Ordered to match my other unit but this time the sliding doors are very stiff and clunky, so disappointed with quality. Paid extra for timed delivery slot but the delivery company delivered outside the delivery time.
