A good size for a double wardrobe, which is solidly crafted with a high quality fit and finish. The colour is lovely, blending in, yet distinctive enough to make it noticeable. I found it very easy to put together; the base was pre-assembled and the main compartment easily folds out to put the back portion onto, a simple task, thanks to pilot holes being pre-drilled for you; one screwdriver being all that was needed for the whole assembly. Good size hanging space, with ample room for shoes, etc, underneath, the draw is smooth and spacious also. Comparatively, it's good value too, costing less than many 'name' brands I looked at, which were not put together half as well. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this wardrobe to everyone! Thanks Cotswold!

The product themselves are good, I have ordered a number of items and so far, I have been satisfied with the end product, BUT a big warning to anyone who is ordering items that are not yet in stock...really consider not doing it. I have placed a number of orders since Christmas and every single item that wasn't in stock has been late. The fortnightly emails appear to contain wrong information and when items do come into stock they have not proactively contacted me (by email or phone) to arrange delivery (I have had to do the calling and chasing). What is more, one item (a shoe box for the hallway) was ordered and after receiving a fortnightly email that it was due in the next day when I rang a week later to arrange delivery, I was advised it was not in stock. Then I changed the order for a similar shoe box that was in stock, delivery was arranged and less than 24 hours before I was due to received the item, I was emailed (not phoned) to advise me that they could not delivery this stock. I have not been offered any compensation for my inconvenience and more importantly they don't appear to manage customers expectations well. I have just got off the phone to them (after being cut off), I had to call them back, and although I dialled the right number and extension codes, I ended up speaking to someone in customer sales and they could not deal with my query, all she could do was take my name and number and send an email to ask for a call back, she advised this could take up to 48 hours. When I challenged her on why my call was transferred through to someone who could not deal with it, she advised that this was the policy. In saying all this, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and attempted to resolve my issues but it just seems that the infrastructure and policy and process that this company have in place are preventing them from delivering/offering a good customer experience. You will note that when rating this review there is nothing about overall customer satisfaction (just build quality and value for money) and so whilst the products in my opinion are good I wanted to make you all aware of the problems and issues that I continue to face.
