So far a very bad experience with Cotswold Company and the product. We are awaiting our THIRD exchange now as the last two desk tops have been badly marked. The polystyrene packaging has done something to the veneer on this product and it leaves lines and darker areas which are permanent. Cotswold Co have said it could be that they are stored in a warm environment. Why don’t they do something about this and their quality control! We chose this piece of furniture as we liked the design over others on offer, but if the third attempt for a perfect desk fails, we will look elsewhere. We have found contacting the company extremely time consuming as well.

Chantilly Black console table - Be aware this is a dark grey, not black. I didn’t do enough research before buying. They do give a paint colour and this is a much clearer and closer idea of the colour than the pictures for the item on Cotswold web site. I am not very good with IT and didn’t know how to find the paint colour on line. I have returned my Chantilly Black console table.

Looks lovely but unfortunately there are imprints on the top at front corners which when the light shines on it they show up and will not wipe off.
