Bed arrived incomplete. Was missing legs and the slats. Spoke to customer service and they could not find the missing box and I would have to wait 16 weeks for a new bed.

The bed looks really good in our spare bedroom, lovely tweed material . We opted for the bed to be built on delivery and the two delivery men were efficient, polite, did a great job then took all the packaging away.
