The product itself is good. Has a removable bag if you don't want to lug the basket up or down. Looks really nice in my bedroom. However I would criticise Cotswold Co for customer service. I ordered it in August on the understanding of a 4 week wait. However, it did not arrive until December. Cotswold Co just sent automatic messages saying it was 'taking longer than usual' with no specific details of when it would arrive. I did wonder whether it ever would arrive. I think given the significant delay some money off or voucher would have been appreciated as an acknowledgement of the frustration caused.

I was so disappointed the quality was of a sub standard level
Compared to the previous laundry set I ordered
This one is cheap poor material and looks like it would not last 48 hrs of dirty washing
Shocking for the price £75 about, this product needs to be discontinued whilst the previous 2 basket set should be returned however is the manufacturer should try using this laundry basket in their own home and then review it .. this is a rubbish product for the brand name of the Cotswold company ...
These type of cheap products should not be sold by you again and learn from this .. my two previous ones are strong firm and still doing a good job had I known I would have purchased two sets
I am disappointed with this product sadly
