Eucalyptus and Red Pepper Berry Natural Christmas Wreath

Very small and very poor quality.

I was very dissapointed when the wreath arrived. The picture on your website showed a full circular wreath, but I was delivered a mis-sharpen, flimsy wreath with very little foliage. It arrived in a large box with no packing on the top of it, so when I removed it pfrom the box, pieces fell off. I has been looking forward to putting this wreath on my new front door, expecting a product from The Cotswold Company to be a quality item. I contacted customer service(very helpful person), who offered a £25 discount, but as the wreath was so awful, they agreed to a full refund. However, I do not receive this refund until the goods are collected. This was arranged for yesterday but no-one collected it. This is not the service I expect from you and it puts me off buying other goods on line from you in the future.

Nice wreath but smaller than expected. A little expensive for what it is. Berries very fragile and easily fall off.Also needs more berries as rather dark.
