The wood is quite soft so is easily dented and the drawers often stick but the sideboard looks good and we are generally satisfied for the price.

This item is made from solid oak so I'm really surprised to hear that you feel that it is soft. With regards to the drawers, if they are 'sticking' we would recommend rubbing beeswax or candle wax on the wooden drawer runners which should help resolve this issue. This is a really nice, well made sideboard for an excellent price. It looks lovely in my lounge. The delivery was prompt and when they said it would be and the 2 delivery men brought it in, unwrapped it and positioned it in my lounge, very good service, would definately buy from here again.
