I am pleased with the drawer chest...however - it is not bright white - as it looks in the catalogue and on-line, the colour is much more Creamy - which is not exactly what I wanted. I wanted it WHITE! However - the item is well made and solid and delivered in one piece and not flat packed so I didn't have to wield an allen key and a screwdriver! The drawers, sadly, do not 'run' very smoothly however and it's difficult to pull them out without them getting a bit stuck...maybe I'll get better at that.. overall though, pleased, but can't help wishing it was White...

Having previously bought furniture from you, we were expecting the same quality but were sadly dissapointed by the quality of this purchase. The plinth joints needed filling and also where the plinth joins the main body of the chest. The quality of timber used for the drawer carcasses was extremely poor and needed attention in order to make the drawers run smoothly. When enquiring about delivery times we were informed that it was going through quality control - maybe quality control is not what it used to be.

A beautiful piece of furniture, which looks, and is, lovely and solid. The delivery men were very professional and took great care bringing it up the three floors of our townhouse. They then unwrapped the furniture and took the packaging away.
